The foundation of our services rests in The Game Within’s Total Leadership Process (TLP), which is built on the principle that peak performance and true effectiveness starts from within.

It combines our years of dedicated athletic and executive coaching. It recognizes that golf is one of the most difficult sports to master and the most popular sport in business. More importantly, it reflects the passion and pursuits of our executive coaching clients who often discuss and attempt to emulate these pros as they perform at work (and on the course).

Instead of focusing leaders on navigating and reacting to external obstacles and forces that block peak performance, the Total Leadership Process invests time and energy on what’s inside – as an elite golfer does when addressing a golf ball. In business – as in golf – operating from a strong sense of being that leads to doing and achieving requires mastery of five critical domains – the mental, emotional, spiritual, physical and technical. Our work centers on creating awareness, developing these domains and equipping our clients to form a strong foundation out of which they produce and enjoy Total Leadership Performance.
